At House of Leo, every artwork is prepared with the same attention to detail that goes into the piece itself. From the moment an order is placed to the moment it arrives at its destination, each artwork is carefully handled, professionally packaged, and prepared for secure international transit.

ORDERING YOUR ARTWORK

Ordering from House of Leo is simple.

Select the artwork you wish to acquire, choose your preferred size, enter your delivery information, and proceed to checkout. Your shipping cost is calculated automatically according to the selected artwork, destination, and applicable packaged weight category.

Once your order and payment have been successfully confirmed, your artwork moves into our preparation and fulfillment process.

PACKAGED WEIGHT CATEGORIES

Our framed artworks are prepared and shipped according to two primary packaged-weight categories:

• HOUSE OF LEO SIGNATURE EDITION PACKAGE I (20 – 25 KG)

This category applies to our larger framed artworks, including the additional protective materials required for safe international transportation.

• HOUSE OF LEO SIGNATURE EDITION PACKAGE II (10 - 15 KG)

This category applies to our smaller framed artworks and their complete protective packaging.

The packaged weight includes the artwork, frame, protective materials, documentation, and shipping packaging where applicable.

Because each artwork and destination may require different protective packaging, the final packaged weight can vary slightly. The applicable shipping charge is therefore determined through the checkout system based on the order and destination.

CAREFULLY PREPARED FOR INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT

House of Leo artworks are not shipped as ordinary parcels.

Each piece is prepared with protective packaging intended to safeguard the frame, artwork surface, certificate of authenticity, and accompanying collector materials throughout transportation.

Larger artworks receive additional protective consideration because of their dimensions and weight. Our objective is simple: your artwork should arrive in the condition in which it left House of Leo.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected artwork and size.

The shipping amount displayed before payment is the amount applicable to that order based on the information provided at checkout.

Customers do not need to independently estimate international shipping costs, package dimensions, or packaged weight.

Please ensure that your country, city, postal code, and complete delivery address are entered correctly before completing your purchase.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation containing your order details.

Your order will then be reviewed and prepared for fulfillment.

For certain artworks, preparation may require additional handling time because of framing, finishing, certification, packaging, or other presentation requirements. If an order requires additional preparation time, House of Leo may contact the customer using the information provided during checkout.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

House of Leo artworks are shipped internationally with care and attention to secure handling throughout transit.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 15–20 business days.

Delivery typically takes a minimum of 15 business days and up to 20 business days, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, local delivery operations, and other circumstances that may affect international transit.

The delivery timeframe begins after your order has been processed and dispatched. Preparation time may vary depending on the artwork, framing, certification, finishing, and packaging requirements.

Once your artwork has been dispatched and accepted by the designated shipping carrier, tracking information will be provided where available. Customers can use the tracking information to follow their shipment throughout its journey.

Please note that the 15–20 business day timeframe is an estimated international delivery window and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs inspections, import procedures, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond House of Leo's direct control may occasionally result in additional delays.

We recommend allowing sufficient time when ordering an artwork for a special occasion, event, or planned installation.

Our priority is not simply to deliver quickly, but to ensure that your artwork arrives securely, professionally packaged, and ready to become part of your space.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT CHARGES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the relevant customs or government authorities and may vary depending on the destination and applicable regulations.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are not included in the artwork price or standard shipping charge and may be payable by the recipient upon importation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they can receive imported artwork in their country and for complying with applicable local import requirements.

ACCURATE DELIVERY INFORMATION

House of Leo is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery address supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, changes cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered preparation or dispatch.

DELIVERY OF YOUR HOUSE OF LEO ARTWORK

Your House of Leo order is more than the artwork itself.

Depending on the artwork and collection, your package may include the professionally framed artwork, Certificate of Authenticity, House of Leo presentation materials, collector documentation, care and display information, and other accompanying elements included with the selected piece.

Each component is prepared to complete the presentation of the artwork and preserve the experience of acquiring a House of Leo piece.
