Refund policy

At House of Leo, every artwork is created, professionally finished, authenticated and prepared specifically for its new owner. Because of the limited and individually numbered nature of our pieces, every order is treated with care from the moment it is placed.


  • LIMITED-EDITION ARTWORK

Our artworks are produced as limited editions, with each 36 × 60 inch edition limited to 1,111 pieces. Once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced, cancellations or refunds may not be available because the artwork enters our production and preparation process specifically for that order.


  • DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ORDER

We take great care in preparing and packaging every House of Leo piece. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the artwork you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the packaging
  • Clear photographs of the artwork and frame
  • A description of the issue

We will review the matter and, where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement or refund.


  • CHANGE OF MIND

Because our artworks are limited-edition pieces that undergo professional printing, finishing, framing, authentication and packaging, we generally do not accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind after production has begun.

We therefore encourage customers to carefully review the artwork, dimensions, materials and product information before completing their purchase.


  • DELIVERY DAMAGE

If your package appears visibly damaged when delivered, please document the condition of the package before opening it. This helps us investigate any damage that may have occurred during transportation.

 

  • EU RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL 

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day window by submitting a request through your customer account: https://account.houseofleoofficial.com

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s). We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return). Your refund will include the standard outbound shipping cost; however, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Please note that certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, for example, custom or personalised items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened, or digital content once download has begun.


HOUSE OF LEO GOLD SEAL AND CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICATION 

Every qualifying House of Leo limited-edition artwork is accompanied by a Certificate of Authentication bearing a genuine House of Leo gold seal.

The seal is physically formed from genuine gold and impressed with the House of Leo emblem before being permanently affixed to the certificate. It is not printed, painted, digitally reproduced or represented by gold-coloured foil.

The gold seal forms part of the authentication and presentation of the artwork and is supplied exclusively with the corresponding House of Leo artwork. It is not offered as a separate product or sold independently.

Because the gold seal is permanently associated with the Certificate of Authentication and the individual artwork edition, customers must retain the certificate and seal with the artwork.

Where a return, refund or replacement is approved, House of Leo may require the original artwork, Certificate of Authentication and attached gold seal to be returned together before the refund or replacement is completed. This protects the integrity of our limited-edition records and authentication system.

The gold seal should not be removed, altered, reproduced, melted, transferred or presented as authentication for another artwork.

NOTE: The gold content incorporated into the seal is part of the physical presentation and authentication of the artwork. It is not separately priced, sold or represented by House of Leo as an investment, financial product or guaranteed source of monetary appreciation.


VERY IMPORTANT 

House of Leo reserves the right to assess each return, refund or replacement request individually. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
